Whoops! Forgot to take the laptop with me! Silly girl.
Okay, so here’s the skinny. Went and got the second beta. Got the results that evening. 21,602. Wow! So in ten days it went from 399 to 21, 602. So now Dr. Foulk’s office wants me in for an ultrasound on the 25th. To check for twins, I’m sure! I’m still skeptical, however.
I also called Thursday morning and made an appointment with a doctor over at Washoe Medical Center. See, upon further investigation, St. Mary’s is no longer covered by the State PPO plan. 
So if I have to go to Washoe, I may as well get a real OB that’s affiliated with that hospital. So I have my first appointment with Dr. Paul on September 5 and an ultrasound with them on the 11th. So if Dr. Brown gives me one that’ll be three ultrasounds in one month! Not that I’m complaining. The extra reassurance will be nice.
The weekend went well. It was nice visiting with my brother and his wife and seeing their girls. Though Camille was as difficult as ever. Boy are they in for it with her. Fiona was just adorable.
We celebrated our fifth anniversary yesterday. We had our anniversary wine on Friday night with everyone for dinner. It was *SO* good. Of course, I could only have a few sips. Oh well. I’m glad others could enjoy it. Because it was MARVELOUS.
Yesterday we went to dinner at Fung Lums. It was *really* good. And the service was excellent. I’m very glad we went there. After, we went to Century Capitol to see American Wedding. It was silly, but fun. We had a great time. Wow, five years!
