Seven weeks, zero days

Posted on August 17th, 2003

So we went to a drive-in movie last night. We ended up seeing Uptown Girls which was really cute. there were a ton of people at the drive-in too. A huge line of people (cars?) waiting to get in. I have *no* idea why it was so popular.

Today we went to church. That was good. However, I did have a few dizzy spell during the worship. That was *not* good. But I made it through okay.

After, we went to lunch. We had to drive home for my PayPal card adn then again to get the coupon I had for Marie Calenders. Lunch was good, but huge. I’ll have a great lunch tomorrow.

After that we went to Baby Depot to look around. They had an Arm’s Reach Co-Sleeper, but it didn’t look like they had any in boxes. We also found we really like the Graco Quatro stroller. After that, we came home and I took a nap. H’s still taking his.

We’re watching Blue Crush. Boy am I glad I’m not a surfer. It looks painful. Water up the nose. Ugh.

So I’m making a concentrated effort not to worry here. I’m having faith. It has to be meant to be. It has to. That’s all I can believe at this point. I just have to try super hard to take care of myself. That includes calling Dr. Brown ASAP in the morning.

God, I hate my thyroid. Why did it have to do this? Why does it have to be so messed up? I wish there was some sort of cure. I can’t believe I’ll have to live the rest of my life like this. What did I do to deserve this? Ah well, I just have to try to make the best of it, I guess.
