Almost to 15 weeks!? Wow! Time doesn’t fly when you’re not doing much.
Let’s see.? Today was a typical Saturday.? Crowbar’ed ourselves out of bed, managed some breakfast, got our showers.? We set out without any real purpose.
We went to McDonalds first.? It was really packed in there.? We did the lunch thing.? Once again, I wasn’t really hungry for it.? Bizarre!
Next, we went to Best Buy so K could look at gadgets for his new PDA.? We saw Mike Anderson there.? Haven’t seen him in ages.? I think he’s working there.? Pretty sure of it, actually.
For a while, H and I went over to Petco to look at the animals.? They had some great cats, good dogs, lizards (no spiders), rodents… I took him in the bird room, but he was *scared* of them.? I couldn’t believe it.? It was very cute.? He was keen to look at the fish and I soon learned why.? He was picking out fish that were in “Finding Nemo”.? Imagine his delight when he saw the clown fish. :)
After all that, we we stopped by ShopKo for pants for H.? He’d wet his in Best Buy.? Then, we went to Toys R Us to get “The Lion King” on DVD.? BUt I’d forgotten my PayPal card.? D’oh!? My bad.? We made another stop at Circuit City before heading home.
We had dinner at IHOP, thanks to one of my coupons.? That was nice.? I *love* those coupons? Other than that, it was a pretty quiet and uneventual night here at home.
This is me. I'm a thirtysomething stay at home mom to three kids. For years I was a stay at home mom to one kid and trying very hard to have more. It took a LONG time (ie: 6 1/2 years), but finally Liam arrived and charmed us with his blue eyes and ginormous, round head. Then we got a shock: I was pregnant again and this time it was a GIRL. Our hearts and home are full at last and now that we're done having babies, we get to relax (snort) and watch them grow (not too fast now, you hear?).
