Well today was a pretty lazy day and that’s the way I like it.? Once we had decided not to go to Elko, it was like a weight had been lifted.? Course, then this morning, we had to call and let them know our change of plans.

K’s mom was fine with it and all, so was his sister-in-law.? But K’s dad wasn’t too pleased.? Seems he really was set on finishing up the sprinkler system this weekend.? So he was a bit ticked.? Oh well.? Can’t please everyone.? It just didn’t make much sense to go, especially when the money didn’t evenclear by this morning.? This way we can save a lot of gas money.? Going down this weekend just didn’t make much sense at that stage of the game.? We’re better off for it, I’m sure.

So we got a rather late start.? Fine by me, but I was starting to get hungry.? First, we went to Rite Aid to pick up my prescription.? Then we put some air in our tires.? I bought us lunch at Jack in the Box.? I was famished by then!

Then it was shopping time!? Woo hoo!? As if.? We drove down to the SuperWal clear south of town.? Anything to save some $$.? I picked up the Lion King DVD at least, they had it for a pretty good price.

We got a good amount of groceries for what we spent.? So that was productive.

K made us a yummy dinner tonight.? Mmm!? And now we have more htan enough snacks to keep us busy for the rest of the month.? Even with the Porter’s here next weekend!
