Here we are, in Spring Creek!? We only had a little bit of weather in the canyon to the west of Fernley.? So all in all, not too bad.
Last night was a little hectic.? We got H to bed, at last.? He was being a world class turd.? We had a lot of TV to watch.? Survivor was good.? Heck, it’s all good.? But it’s a long night, especially when you have to pack before bed!
K woke up at the original time.? I woke up when he got out of the shower.? We finished up packing, yadda yadda… we left town about 8 am.? It was overcast in Reno.
Once again, I fell into the sleepy zone between Lovelock and Winnemucca.? It’s like my version of Sleepy Hill.? Around Winnemucca, there was actually some sun.? But that was the last of the sun for the day.
We stopped in Winnemucca about 10:30 and I was hungry so we had lunch.? H played for a while and then ate his lunch in the car, before he fell asleep.
We rolled into Elko about 12:47.? Give or take.? We hung out in town for a while, watching TV and such.
We came out to Spring Creek about 4:00 or so.
Now I’m so tired I can barely think straight.? So I’m just gonna go to bed.? It’s after 10 by now, and I’m just beat.
(Didn’t mention Kath and I went to a craft/dinner out in Lamoille.? That was FUN. :) )
This is me. I'm a thirtysomething stay at home mom to three kids. For years I was a stay at home mom to one kid and trying very hard to have more. It took a LONG time (ie: 6 1/2 years), but finally Liam arrived and charmed us with his blue eyes and ginormous, round head. Then we got a shock: I was pregnant again and this time it was a GIRL. Our hearts and home are full at last and now that we're done having babies, we get to relax (snort) and watch them grow (not too fast now, you hear?).
