Twenty-six weeks, 6 days

Posted on January 3rd, 2004

Today didn’t feel like a Saturday at all.? It felt more like a weekday. H came in in the morning and basically aggravated us until we got up.? That’s getting old real quick.

K had to go help Rob with his computer/server at work.? So that left H and I here together.? Oh boy.? It wasn’t too bad, for the most part.? But it was pretty boring.? I guess I could have worke don something for the site but I didn’t.? I was going to take down the tree, but K didn’t have a chance to bring in the boxes so I couldn’t really do that.? I didn’t even really do up lunch, at least, not until 3 o’clock. :blush? H had a bowl of Magix for lunch and bless his heart, he ate it all.

I did manage to get in a shower.? That was an accomplishment.? But at least I’m all clean now.? I didn’t get much else done.? K got home just shy of 5.? About 4:30, I think.? I’d fallen asleep in the recliner while watching Romancing the Stone.? I was pretty tired.? I’d tried to sleep earlier but H wouldn’t let me. ;)? He was a real jerk this evening for some reason.? Drove K and I nuts.

For dinner, we did it up simple.? Chicken noodle soup and sandwiches.? Mine was tuna, of course.? We were glad to get H to bed afterward.? That’s an understatement? Now we’re watching Back to the Future 3.? I’m not sure what is on the agenda for tomorrow, but I hope it involves taking down the tree.? Cuz damn, it’s gotta happen eventually.

Still haven’t heard from that gal who put my files on her yahoo group.? I’m giving her the benefit of the doubt that she’s busy, at least until Monday.
