Anyone else watch “Lost“? Of course you do. That show has mad ratings. Anyhow, I’m surprised I don’t have some sort of post-traumatic stress headache from tonight’s episode.
Who the heck can you trust on that show? I mean, I trust Dom, cuz he’s a hobbit. But everyone else? I thought I trusted Locke, at least I think I did, but he did some weird stuff in tonight’s ep. So where does that leave me? Stressville. Okay, in the interest of people and their TIVO, I will disclose my stress in a handy dandy newly-installed spoiler plugin. You can thank me later.
Okay, I didn’t buy for a second that Shannon was dead. I mean, I saw it..but I didn’t buy it. Wouldn’t someone have seen Locke come take Shannon away? And truthfully, I knew it wasn’t really her the first time they showed her. Her hair was all messed up and it didn’t look like she had much makeup on. Now honestly, is that Shannon? I didn’t think so. Still, it was fun seeing non-Shannon get munched by the Iron Giant. But that? Stressed me out.
Also, K and I have theories as to what the heck is going on. I’m starting to think the Iron Giant is some sort of type of fear demon. You know, finds what you’re scared of and brings it to reality. Why? Well, according to Locke, to bring a closure or something. Who the hell knows. That or it’s just a sick fuck and likes to screw with people’s heads. Har!
So that’s what I think about that. Next Wednesday can’t come soon enough!
EDITED TO ADD: Now I’ve heard some other perspective on last night’s ep.
Some people, namely the reviewer at TWOP, think the stuff Locke smeared on Boone’s head was some sort of hallucinogenic drug designed to make him …well… hallucinate. Am I naive because I took Locke at his word that the paste was to prevent infection? I don’t know, I think it may be a matter of interpretation. I just hope that wasn’t the case because my fear demon theory is a lot more interesting. :lol
And I *totally* forgot all about the brother/sister love. I had a little warning on that so it didn’t OOK me out too much but it was still weird.

Okay, the news just told me that my neck of the woods got about 7 feet total from all the storms of the past two weeks.
SEVEN!
Doesn’t look like seven feet so much but I guess we have to take some meltage into account.
SEVEN!!

I now have control! *muahahaha* K brought me home a card reader last night so now I can post photos to my blog at my whim. Of course I had to test it out.
But *first*, I wanted to (sellout) mention this site:
Much like Blog Explosion (that infernal crack machine of bloggity goodness), you surf other blogs in return for credits towards your own blog getting shown to other surfers. Trust me, it’s simpler than it sounds. Because I needed another thing to do when I’m procrastinating. :dry Anyhow, give it a try.
Okay, onto the photo fun.
- Here’s Tiger, napping on my down comforter. It’s time like these I wish I were a cat and could snuggle up in a warm, soft place and snooze. :sigh

- Yes, this is my dog, in her kennel. No, I didn’t make her go there. The door is unlatched and open. It could be because a) she has very little hair and it’s rather cold outside and/or b)she has a heating pad under her bed.
You decide.

- I had to do a little searching before I located Cinder. Under the bed. What the heck? Anyhow, she obviously isn’t as clever as her brother at finding a cozy spot to lay.

- Peek out the blinds in our bedroom, this is what the top of our cul-de-sac looks like. Road looks rather icy. Glad I have nowhere I need to go today.

- And because I believe in equality, I took a shot looking the other direction, down our street. The sky is very clear, for once, and you can see all across the valley below. :beautiful

- The device that has made this photoblog entry posible. My brand spankin’ new card reader. It’s so :fab, words cannot describe. So instead, I took a picture.

- Bored yet? Too bad. This is my monitor. Oooh. Ahhh. I know you’re excited.

- Since I’d looked out the front windows, may as well look out the back window too. This is a nifty shot of Peavine Mountain. It looks gorgeous with all that snow.

- Ever have that feeling you’re being watched? So do I and I had it after I took that picture of Peavine. Turn around and I see tiger, looking casual as always, watching my every move. Creepy.
That be all, folks. Sorry it wasn’t more pithy, but I’m so enjoying my new card reader and I felt like posting some random pictures. It’s my blog, I say what goes!
Enjoy your day!
