boring photo blog

Posted on Wednesday, January 12th, 2005, 10:57 AM

I now have control! *muahahaha* K brought me home a card reader last night so now I can post photos to my blog at my whim. Of course I had to test it out. ;) But *first*, I wanted to (sellout) mention this site:

Much like Blog Explosion (that infernal crack machine of bloggity goodness), you surf other blogs in return for credits towards your own blog getting shown to other surfers. Trust me, it’s simpler than it sounds. Because I needed another thing to do when I’m procrastinating. :dry Anyhow, give it a try.

Okay, onto the photo fun. :)

    Tiger at sleep

  • Here’s Tiger, napping on my down comforter. It’s time like these I wish I were a cat and could snuggle up in a warm, soft place and snooze. :sigh
  • Beetoe, in her kennel

  • Yes, this is my dog, in her kennel. No, I didn’t make her go there. The door is unlatched and open. It could be because a) she has very little hair and it’s rather cold outside and/or b)she has a heating pad under her bed. :) You decide.
  • Cinder, under the bed. WTF??

  • I had to do a little searching before I located Cinder. Under the bed. What the heck? Anyhow, she obviously isn’t as clever as her brother at finding a cozy spot to lay.
  • Shot of our cul-de-sac

  • Peek out the blinds in our bedroom, this is what the top of our cul-de-sac looks like. Road looks rather icy. Glad I have nowhere I need to go today.
  • Looking down our street

  • And because I believe in equality, I took a shot looking the other direction, down our street. The sky is very clear, for once, and you can see all across the valley below. :beautiful
  • My new card reader! :)

  • The device that has made this photoblog entry posible. My brand spankin’ new card reader. It’s so :fab, words cannot describe. So instead, I took a picture.
  • My loverly puter

  • Bored yet? Too bad. This is my monitor. Oooh. Ahhh. I know you’re excited. :)
  • Looking at Peavine Mountain

  • Since I’d looked out the front windows, may as well look out the back window too. This is a nifty shot of Peavine Mountain. It looks gorgeous with all that snow.
  • Tiger, being sneaky

  • Ever have that feeling you’re being watched? So do I and I had it after I took that picture of Peavine. Turn around and I see tiger, looking casual as always, watching my every move. Creepy.

That be all, folks. Sorry it wasn’t more pithy, but I’m so enjoying my new card reader and I felt like posting some random pictures. It’s my blog, I say what goes! :) Enjoy your day!

Hey! I found your blog through BC! It’s great! I’m adding you to my blogroll!

Your dog looks like mine! Is she a Chihuahua? How big is she? Ours is “abnormally large” as we say. He’s 14 lbs and about 22 inches long. His name is Dobby. Your dog is adorable by the way! And so are your kitties!

I love pictures like that! Keep it up!

Welcome, Garnet! :) Isn’t BC horribly addictive?

She’s a rat terrier. Closely related to chihuahua, but looks more like a jack russell terrier. She’s pretty small, her cousin is smaller, and she’s got these long spindly legs. What a crack up! Anyhow, thanks for stopping by and I’m glad you liked the site. :) I’ll have to go check yours out!

Nice blog. Love the pictures, especially the ones of the cats and dog.
