Boyisms

H says a lot of cute things. Of course I’m sure every parent thinks the things their children say are the cutest. I swear, kids are fabulous comic relief. H keeps us in stiches regularly.

So today we’re watching “The Quick and the Dead” on the Showtime Free Preview Weekend. It’s a movie K and I have always enjoyed. In the beginning, the chief bad guy comes walking into the saloon. They start out only showing the guys boots. H pipes up, “I like his shoes. They have thingies that go *phsss* (insert sound of something spinning really fast here)” Of course, what he was referring to were the guys spurs and we had to go on to explain what they were for (which prompted me to say, “If you can’t get a horse to go fast enough without those, you just don’t need to go that fast.”). Anyhow, we thought it was cute as the dickens and all throughout the movie, whenever someone would walk around with those on, we’d re-quote the Boy.

What a cutie.
