Boycotting Big Brother

Posted on August 16th, 2005

Many many *many* thanks to Miss Zoot for the advance warning about tonight’s Big Brother. Elsewise I might have wasted an hour of my life watching what was once a wonderful alliance get played the fool. While she didn’t spell out exactly what happened, I was able to glean from her entry and some of the comments what was going to happen. So instead of watching this downfall, I’m watching Gladiator on DVD, enjoying the way the home theater system is making our walls and floor tremble (the neighbors must LOVE us). This is the both the good thing and the bad thing about being in the Pacific time zone. You can either get spoiled or you get early warning, depending on your perspective. ;)

I love Kaysar. I love him like I don’t love many reality contestants. His only weakness is his kind heart, but otherwise, he plays a brilliant and entertaining game. More fun to watch than anyone else in that house, I can assure you. But why oh why, Dear Kaysar, did you let Jenn win HOH?? :doh But that’s what I get for watching Big Brother. First Dancing with the Stars, now this. :P You’d think I’d learn, wouldn’t you?

When’s Lost back on again?

Tasty

Yummy

Don’t I have quite the cat? This is Tiger, the Unflappable. Ornery in a very sweet way, he never really *means* to be a jerk, but always somehow manages to be one. The sort of cat that knocks things off tables and high places just to see what happens when they fall. Also, if not fed promptly, will try to feed himself which is usually a pretty messy endeavor.

So I thought I’d share this great pic we got of him the other night and see if anyone can think of great “captions” to this picture. What is Tiger thinking?
