So I got this idea from Zoot. Yeah, it’s one of those days. Just not feeling 100% creative. But it’s also a really good idea. What out there do I think is overrated? Agree or not, I gotta say my piece.

• Seinfeld - Definitely agree with Zoot on this one. It’s funny, worth a giggle or two, but everyone was acting like that show as the eptiome of nineties TV. Buffy the Vampire Slayer was a million times better.
• Tirimisu - or however you spell it. Just doesn’t taste that great to me.
• SUV’s - you all KNOW how I feel about this one. Just think they’re giant, ugly, gas-guzzlers.
• Cold Stone Creamery - (and it’s bastard son: Marble Slab Creamery) The ice cream is OKAY, but worth paying triple what you would for a scoop at Baskin Robbins? Don’t think so.
• Everybody Loves Raymond - Yeah, I’ve watched it, laughed at it, etc and so forth. But it was sorta like Seinfeld, the way everyone went apeshit over it. Plus, I could barely stand Patricia Heaton and her stupid Albertson’s commercials after I heard she was a big Bush fan. :lol
• Playstation - I’m an Xbox girl. We had a playstation for a while, the old one and ..meh. Not that great. I think its sorta like Coke and Pepsi. You love one and hate the other.
• Charlize Theron, Reese Witherspoon, Johnny Knoxville, Jessica Simpson, Paul Walker, Vin Diesel, etc and so forth. I really could care less about these stars. Most of them are meh and the rest I hate with a passion. STOP TALKING ABOUT THEM AND THEY’LL GO AWAY!
• iPods - but only because I don’t have one and I’m jealous.

On the flip side, there are a few things that are definitely worth the hype.

• Sephora - LOVE that store. I could spend a mint in there if I could get over my guilt in paying more than $5 for mascara.
• Charmin Mega Roll toiler paper - I love Charmin. Even more? I love the mega roll. I will go out of my way to purchase this stuff.
• Any paper towel that allows you to “select-a-size”. Same with the Charmin, I go nuts for this stuff. I find we use a LOT less and the paper towels last a lot longer. Less waste!
• TIVO or any DVR-type system - Seriously, everything you’ve heard is true. My mom constantly complains about having to figure out the VCR to tape her shows and each time I say, “GET A DVR!” She never listens. And pausing live TV? My favorite thing EVER.
• Dove hair care products - I noticed Zoot mentioned these too. I love Dove shampoo and conditioner. Also got some anti-frizz stuff and hairspray and love that too. LOVE LOVE LOVE!
• WordPress - I’ve tried several blogging platforms and I love this one the most. So easy to learn. FAR less complicated than most everything out there and allows for a lot of fun customization, unlike Blogger. UGH.

Okay, I gotta shut up now or else I’ll go on and on all day and I’ll get nothing else done. But that was fun, wasn’t it? What do *you* think is overrated and what is worth the hype?
