And can I just say? It’s about time.
Not that I’m a huge fan of “natural waist” pants or jeans. I don’t like pants that practically go up to my boobs. I’d prefer a lower rise, but I don’t want it so low that I’m nervous all day about my pants revealing a little too much. I tend to get “low rise” jeans, where the choices are classic rise and ultra-low rise.
I’m quite sure I’m not alone in this, at least according to the news article. And it’s *so* nice to see a fashion trend heading in a direction I can really get behind.
Raise the waists!

oh no! LOL! Ok, I am very short waisted, and I have a pair of “ultra low rise” jeans that hit just about at my belly button, maybe 1/2 inch below.
I will be sad to see these styles go, b/c it’s the first time pants have fit me right in 30 years! LOL!
guess i’ll have to hold on to some for posterity! LOL!
btw, you said you could get “behind” this fashion trend…is that a pun???
