“My” laptop has finally returned to me. It’s not really even my laptop. Actually, in no way, shape or form is it my laptop. It actually belongs to my husband’s place of business. But it’s mostly here at our house and is mostly used by me to surf the net and write blog posts while watching television. I had a laptop. Have a laptop actually. But it can’t hold a charge to the battery and the touchpad mouse doesn’t work and the cat chewed through the cord on the mini mouse we had to go with it. So yeah, I’ve adopted *this* laptop as mine.
Maybe someday I’ll get my own.
Maybe I won’t. Because believe you me; laptops are expensive and I’m cheap.
Yay! I have the laptop back! Let the posting/surfing frenzy begin!

There. I said it.
For one thing, I haven’t posted in several days. Not that there hasn’t been anything to blog about. But that I just didn’t know how to say it. Or how to make what I wanted to say interesting. Or too freaking lazy to get the pictures off the digital camera and post them becuse the camera is in my jacket pocket which is downstairs. *sigh*
For another thing, I deleted all my smilies. *sob* On accident of course, but it’s an accident I’ve avoided making for nearly a year now and you think I’d know better by now. I can (and will) reupload them, but I also have to get into the code and fix all that because apparently I’m too stupid to keep a backup.
See what I mean? Horrible blogger. And this week I celebrate my blog-aversary so that just makes it all that much worse, you know? I should know better by now. That’ll have to be a resolution: be a better blogger.
