Okay, last year, I read a plethora of posts about BlogHer ‘05 (a conference for women bloggers) and all the fun that ensued and wished I’d been there, just to spectate.? And maybe catch a glimpse of someone totally fabulous.? A few weeks ago, I remembered that, and wondered if there was going to be a BlogHer ‘06.
And I found out just today by reading it on Amy’s blog, and I was immediately filled with a raging desire to join the throngs of fabulous women bloggers and GO. For one thing, all the fabulous women bloggers!? For another thing, I could probably learn something!? And yet another thing, it’s in San Jose, where my parents live so HEY, free room!
There’s just one eensy, weensy, little snag.? The conference starts on July 28th.? Yeah, that’s my due date, folks.
But all hope may not be lost!? I will be delivering at least two weeks ahead of that day, chances are.? If not three!? And save for the breastfeeding issue (pump, anyone?), I could probably easily manage it.? And have I mentioned?? I must go.? I may just perish from agony if I don’t.
So, am I insane to even consider this?? Or am I not as batshit as I think I am and this is *totally* doable?? Oh heck, doesn’t matter what you all say, I’ll probably end up going anyhow. :lol

This is me. I'm a thirtysomething stay at home mom to three kids. For years I was a stay at home mom to one kid and trying very hard to have more. It took a LONG time (ie: 6 1/2 years), but finally Liam arrived and charmed us with his blue eyes and ginormous, round head. Then we got a shock: I was pregnant again and this time it was a GIRL. Our hearts and home are full at last and now that we're done having babies, we get to relax (snort) and watch them grow (not too fast now, you hear?).
