Here it is, Sunday evening, and the weekend is just about over. I hate this time of the week. Knowing the weekend is almost over and that tomorrow it’s back to the daily grind. There is but one silver lining tonight (besides the premiere of Desperate Housewives, which, let’s be honest, I’m not looking all that forward too because season 2 was such a disappointment): it’s Kile’s night to deal with Liam if he wakes up. If. *snort* WHEN. Though, last night he only woke up once, at 5am. Then he was back to sleep pretty easily. Still. It’s the little things that I enjoy and knowing that when Liam fusses I can just roll over and go back to sleep? Priceless.

But let’s not think about Monday just yet. Let’s just revel in the remaining precious hours of the weekend. It was a nice weekend and not a whole lot got done. Kile fixed the pesky leak under the kitchen sink that’s been dogging us since we moved into this house over two years ago. But… that’s about it. Oh! How could I forget! I launched the new site. Ta da! Are you all liking it? I hope so. It’s got it’s issues. I’ve noticed I get a blank page sometimes after I make a comment. I don’t know if that happens for everyone. But just hit the “back button” and then refresh the page to see your comment. Also, at least for me, the page has been loading a little slowly. But that I can live with. Because it’s just so darned pretty.

Cool, no?? I’m sure I’ll have many the occasion to use that one.? Just keep in mind, when I have teeny pictures on my site, just click them to see em bigger.? Voila! (and you gotta admit, those are some cute pictures)

Speaking of, Liam is smiling now! Not just in his sleep either! (like you couldn’t tell from the pictures above there, right?)? He smiles at me a LOT, which is great for my overworked mother ego.? I get easily twice as many smiles as Kile does.? And when Kile takes him from me to give me a break, Liam often look for me, ignoring poor Kile. But he loves Kile too, don’t worry.? And as Kile has said, his time is coming.? Soon, Liam will be wanting all sorts of roughhousing and Kile is just the man for that particular job.? I’m good for snuggles, which is what he wants right now.
