I stole this one from Susan, because as you know, I can’t turn down a good meme. I can’t even turn down a relatively poor meme so that should tell you something right there. And that something is that I’m a lazy, lazy blogger. I hope everyone out there in Blogland is surviving whatever is being thrown at them this week. For me, it’s record breaking temperatures. I literally haven’t been at home all day, instead chosing to hide at NewFriend’s house (she has central air). For pity’s sake, it was 109 today!

1. WERE YOU NAMED AFTER ANYONE?
   Yes, as a matter of fact. My first and middle names were pilfered directly from my mother’s sister. I’ve always disliked my name, however, because NO ONE my age has ever had my name. Some might think that was a good thing but in the land of Jennifer’s and Michelle’s and Melissa’s, it might have been nice to have blended in with the crowd a little better
2. WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU CRIED?
   Hmm. That’d be last week during my VBS crisis. I know, I said I wouldn’t mention it again. I guess I lied, huh?
3. Do you like your handwriting?
   Meh. I used to hate it more than I do now. Now it’s more indifference. It’s okay, at least it’s legible. But it’s certainly not cute.
4. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE LUNCH MEAT?
   Depends. On a hot sandwich I really like pastrami but on a cold sandwich I prefer turkey.

   Dude, have you been paying attention at all?? Yes, I have two.

   God, I don’t know. I’ve proven myself to be just shy of a butthead lately so maybe not. But then, I’m pretty easy going so I probably would.

   Yep. It’s one of my few claims to fame.

   Yes. Probably not for fun but if I were on “Amazing Race” or something, I’d do it in a heartbeat.
10. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE CEREAL?
    When I was a kid it was Cookie Crisp. I also have a fondness for Rice Krispie Treats cereal too. But my favorite is probably frosted shredded wheat.
11. DO YOU UNTIE YOUR SHOES WHEN YOU TAKE THEM OFF?
    No, not unless they’re so tight that I have to. Remember the whole “lazy” thing?
12. DO YOU THINK YOU ARE STRONG?
    Physically? Mentally? Physically, I’d have to say no. Cuz I’m pretty much a giant wimp. Mentally, I think I can be. I didn’t used to think I was but I’ve come across people who aren’t and have realized that while I haven’t often felt like I’m strong, it’s all a matter of relativity and compared to some I think I am.
13. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE ICE CREAM?
    Hmm. Breyers Strawberry is really, really good. Especially with some chocolate sauce on top. Pretty much anything Breyers makes is good in my opinion.
14. WHAT IS THE FIRST THING YOU NOTICE ABOUT PEOPLE?
    I think it really depends on the person. If a person has a really striking outfit on, I’ll notice that first. If they have really nice hair, I’ll see that. It depends on what the overpowering feature on that person happens to be at the time.

    Pink, all the way. I’m such a girl.

    Dude, I could point you towards a particularly vapid post I made just the other day and that would MORE than answer this question. In fact, I think I will.

    I miss Jackson, every day.

    I’ve got “Morrigan’s Cross” by Nora Roberts in the van right now and I read it whenever I have to wait in there for some reason which is actually more than you’d think.

    *SNORT* a) in the age of optical mouses, mouse pads are mostly obsolete and b) I use a laptop.  So… yeah.
39. WHAT DID YOU WATCH ON T.V. LAST NIGHT?
    Lesse (as this has taken overnight to complete), we didn’t watch anything when we got home last and the night before was the 4th of July and didn’t watch anything then either.  I think the last time we watched TV at night was Monday when we watched “Hell’s Kitchen”.
40. FAVORITE SOUNDS?
    Liam’s laugh.  The sound of Kile’s key in the door at the end of the day.

    It truly depends on the song though I think I have to give the edge on this one to the Beatles.  “Yesterday” is one of my favorite songs.

    Hmm.  Maine?  Or Florida?
