I feel as though I may just survive after all. So far, today is far better than yesterday. Of course, that’s not saying much as pretty much ANY day would be better than yesterday was. But at least now I don’t feel as if I’m going insane every five seconds. That’s improvement, if you ask me. Now that I think about it, it might have something to do with the fact that I had coffee this morning and yesterday I didn’t. Oops. Yeah, I should probably have made sure I got my daily dose of caffeine, huh? That might not have helped Harry’s lack of a lunch 2 minutes after we were supposed to have left the house or Liam’s naptime rebellion (naps are for pussies!) but may have given me the strength to deal with such stresses. You know, other than finding a corner to hide in and suck my thumb. So today is definitely an improvement over that.
Case in point: Harry had a lunch this morning that was ready go when we were (on time!) and Liam is currently napping peacefully upstairs. All is right with the world at last.
