Check this out! I have gotten my FIRST BLOGGING AWARD! I know, it’s hard to believe, huh? I’ve been blogging for almost three years now and I’m only now getting an award. About time, right? Seriously though, this tremendous honor has been bestowed on me by the equally (if not more so) nice blogger, Hollow Squirrel. I met Stacy at BlogHer in Chicago and she actually came to my workshop on Saturday morning, actually listened to what I had to say (and didn’t laugh!) and then told me that I did a good job! Seriously, if that doesn’t tell you how nice she is, then I don’t know what does. So thanks, Stacy. You are such a sweet gal, I would like to pour you on my pancakes.

The other cool thing about this award is that it’s a great way to pass along the love. The “rules” are as follows:

Shoot, I can do that! Because if I know anything, it’s nice bloggers. Now, hopefully they’ll see that I’ve awarded them here but I fear I’m probably too lazy to let them know personally. I think I may have a hard time thinking of ONLY seven!

Brit of Running Stich. Oh yes, Brit is definitely deserving of this award. I mean, the woman sent me candy and a purse.
Liz of Hilarities Ensue. She, like Stacy, came to my session and really pumped up my ego about the whole thing. Plus she made me cookies. True, they went stale before she sent them but she still made them and that makes her awesome in my book.
Loralee from Loralee’s Looney Tunes. She is constantly leaving me little soul-boosting comments and making me feel good about myself.
Kim from misszoot. She let me share a room with her at BlogHer. ‘Nuff said.
Isabel from hola, isabel. She just oozes “niceness” in all her blog posts. And, yep, she went to my session too. As you can see, that counts for a LOT with me.
Shawna from Talpidae. I met her at BlogHer (sense a trend here?) and she is so funny and so sweet and so nice. She was always making me laugh.
Cagey from Rancid Raves. Whenever things are rough, I know I can talk to her. And vice versa. Adore her.

There should be a whole ‘nother category for people who don’t have blogs but who are so totally nice because I’m sure I could fill that up as well. Except, of course, without the linky love. Anyhow, if you read my blog? Chances are you deserve this award. Because that is worthy of something there. So go ahead and pat yourself on the back.
