We’re consistently amazed by how different Liam’s personality is to Harrison’s. This may sound like a big “duh” to a lot of you out there, but the notion that I can create two different human beings and have them react differently to the same situations is just incredible to me. Harry plays things close to his vest. He doesn’t get overly excited, especially in front of different people. He’s very cautious and was never one to take risks, even as a toddler and small child. If we told him not to do something, generally he just listened to us. He’s been afraid of heights for years now and doesn’t enjoy riding roller coasters. If we are ever in the car and he suspects we’re disobeying traffic laws or going too fast, it freaks him out.

Liam… is just not that way. At least, not that we can tell yet. So far, he seems to love being a little daredevil. Hanging him by his ankles feet above the floor is the greatest of entertainment to him. Being snapped away from the jaws of danger at the last moment thrills him to his core. He flourishes in social situations and hasn’t shows us he has a shy bone in his body. And being flipped in the air by his papa in the evening is about the height of fun for him, as evidenced by the video below. He’s a different one, that’s for sure.
