It was wonderful to read about this issue from a mother's perspective. I am currently a student at Ithaca College and have created a blog on Marketing to Children for my Audience Research class. Most of the issues I have posted on have come from articles or other blogs. None of them, however, have been from the perspective of a mother. Interesting topic, be sure to check on my post on the issue. Thanks for the inspiration!

It's a sad, sad world when moms have to be afraid to share their children's pictures. I don't like to post mine (in recognizable form), even though mine are teens.

I sure understand! I want so bad to put up pictures of my son on my blog, but I never have - I've worried about all this stuff all along. Such a bummer, isn't it? The blogging community is full of friends, but you just never know who else is lurking around. Phooey!

I have been thinking about this more and more. I blog less and less about my children for those very reasons. It's so sad, really. How some people can ruin it for everyone.
