So I mentioned before that we were considering the name “Evelyn” for a girl.  And we still are; I’ve had that name in my head for a girl for YEARS now and I still love it (though I won’t say that it’s written in stone yet).  There’s only one small, teeny, inconsequential problem:  I don’t know what middle name to use with it yet.  When I was pregnant with Liam, the name was Evelyn Riley and that was that.  Riley is a family name on my Dad’s side and I thought it sounded nice.  This time around?  We’re looking for something different.  And we’d still like to use a family name, but we’re not limiting ourselves to that either.  In the meantime, this debate has been going since we found out she was a girl with no easy solution in sight.

So I thought maybe you lot could help us out.  I picked out the “most likely candidates” put together a poll that you can vote on.  You can pick up to three selections if you so desire.  And, if you think you know the perfect name to go with Evelyn and it’s not on my rather short list?  Leave a comment here and let me know!

Now, there are no guarantees we’ll use whatever name gets the most votes or any name mentioned in the comments.  But it’s a possibility.  At this point, we just need some help.  I would have figured after all these boys, coming up with a girl’s name would be a piece of cake.  But apparently not.  So vote here in this post (or in the handy sidebar widget) and help us out!  We’d like to have this nailed down sometime before 38 weeks.
