Well, I’ll tell you.
My husband is in the hospital.
Yes, we’re still in Elko.
No, it’s not terribly serious.
Yes, it was nerve-wracking nonetheless.
No, we weren’t anticipating this.
Yes, he’ll be released tomorrow.
No, I don’t know what restrictions we’ll have on when we can go back home but I don’t imagine we’ll have to stick around Elko longer than we want to.
Yes, it’s his birthday on Tuesday. Happy Birthday, Kile.
No, this didn’t interfere with the wedding at all, THANK GOODNESS.
Yes, I’m pretty pooped as I’ve been out at the hospital all day long.
No, the kids aren’t an issue. My sister in law took Harry and Liam out to her house for the day and night and Evie was a trooper hanging out with me in emergency rooms, waiting rooms and hospital rooms.
Yes, I even managed to keep up with her cloth diapers through it all.
No, I didn’t have more than one outfit and diaper change in her diaper bag when it all “went down”.
Yes, my lovely sister in law retrieved diapers from the house for me.
No, I didn’t have my cellphone on me so I couldn’t twitter: “My husband is in the hospital! OMGWTFBBQ!!”
Yes, I really wanted to twitter EXACTLY THAT.
No, I haven’t had a shower all day as I was expecting to take a shower after breakfast. I stink.
Yes, I’m really tired. Have I mentioned that?
More tomorrow, I’m hoping. No promises.

Okay… I guess I should add a rule to the “when Marilyn and/or Kile call me” rule book. Rule #2 goes alot like rule #1. But instead of “Marilyn is okay”, it should be “Kile is okay”. WTF??? Huge Hugs to you guys!!!!!!!!!!! If you need anything, you know where I am.
